One of the best investments we ever made!! It’s indescribable how incredible you feel after even a short 15 minute session in the sauna. And if you have the time to stay for 30 minutes, wow, total rejuvenation! We went with the 2 seater and it fits perfectly, and is quite comfortable to be in. If your considering a sauna, these guys do it the best!!

We are loving the use of the Sauna and it has become a part of our family’s daily ritual. The installation instructions were clear and the Sauna Ray team was very responsive when I had questions. The sauna is beautiful – all wood, no glues or epoxies and has a lovely natural wood smell. It has become an aesthetically pleasing addition to our home gym.

This home sauna is amazing! The craftsmanship is outstanding, with premium materials and a sleek & spa-looking design. It heats up quickly, is incredibly easy to use & the model we bought did not require any special plugs or much space. It has become a key part of our wellness routine. Customer service was fantastic—helpful, responsive, and truly invested in making the process fairly easy. The after sale support has been amazing too – shout out to Jan and her readiness in answering any questions that we have had. If you’re considering a home sauna, SaunaRay is an excellent choice 😊

I love your sauna and try to use it daily. I limit my daily intake to 20-30 miniutes and if I miss a few days, I then lounge in it for up to 1 hour. I usually fall asleep it one my long stays. Thank you for designing such an excellent safe product. My husband Guy greatly appreciated that your delivery person took the time to help him setup the sauna. You truly have an exceptional product and wish you years of success. Should other people in our town want to see your product before they invest, you can give them my name and number and I will gladly accommodate them to see your sauna in our home. Again, many thank for all that you have done for us and may the New Year bring you health, joy and prosperity.

I’m enjoying my sauna very much. It’s especially nice on these cold wintry days. It was worth the extra dollars compared to other brands knowing it’s not toxic and very well made. All my numerous questions were answered before purchasing and delivery was great. I like the excellent warranty too.
Christoph, USA
Perfect Sauna – the 2 person model fits us perfectly. We appreciate the built quality and simplicity of the layout. Also very happy knowing off gas free components were used to manufacture the unit. Thank you.

We recently purchased a SaunaRay Sauna, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the start, the customer service was exceptional. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding us to the right model. There was no sales pressure — just honest advice and clear communication, which made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Delivery was seamless, and setup was surprisingly easy. The instructions were straightforward, and the panels fit together perfectly. Within a short time, we had a beautifully crafted sauna ready to use. The craftsmanship is truly impressive. The woodwork is solid and precise, and the overall finish feels premium. What we especially appreciate is the clean, toxin-free construction — no chemical smells, no harsh finishes — just high-quality materials and a natural wood interior that feels pure and calming. You can tell real care went into the design and build. Every session feels like stepping into a private wellness retreat. We couldn’t be happier with our decision and would highly recommend SaunaRay to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and an outstanding overall experience.

We love our SAUNARAY! A friend of ours (owns a massage therapy studio) was kind enough to let us ‘test drive’ the product, so we were familiar with SaunaRay prior to it arriving at our home. It really is beautifully made and was carefully packaged to make the journey. We especially love using our sauna in the evening; it is SO cozy sitting in its warm glow. I appreciate the slow build of heat and will often head in within minutes of turning it on to take advantage of the full range of infrared. We carefully researched prior to purchasing and were very pleased with everything we read about SaunaRay. They answered all our questions. 100% CANADIAN is wonderful of course, as well as the sustainability factor with basswood. I would highly recommend this company and product!
Diana, Canada
I am very happy with this sauna. I got a two person because I don’t like being in a very small space. It would be cozy for two and works well for one. Ordering could not have been easier. It was ready to ship sooner than expected. Delivery was seamless. My husband and I had it together within about 30-40 min. He said unpacking the sturdy crate took longer than assembling it. It heats to a good temperature to go in within about 30 min. It smells great from the wood and feels so good. I find that the heat is most intense from the heaters radiating not actually from the ambient temperature in the sauna so it is effective at much lower temperatures than I expected. I really like how I get the muscle heat, stimulation and relaxing without overall getting overheated What is written about the external effect without raising core temperature is much more comfortable than traditional saunas, for me. Overall, I could not be more pleased Thank you.

Ted
Long term user review. I’ve been using mine for 5 years just about every day and I can’t find 1 reason to complain. Zero issues and every time it smells just as fresh as when I got it home and assembled it. I couldn’t recommend these units or company more!
Mark
My Saunaray 2 person sauna was an excellent addition to our home gym. Excellent construction and Canadian made without toxic materials – can’t ask for better. The heat is even and allows you to sweat without getting overheated and the window vent can bring in that bit of fresh air you might need. It operates consistently and with no issues after several years. So glad to have found Saunaray after searching for a well made Canadian alternative to what others offer online.
Keith
I’ve had a 3 person unit for about 2 years. It is a really well constructed unit that looks great in my basement. Assembly was straight forward and I was able to do it by myself even though 2 people are recommended. It truly is a beast of a sauna. Very solid construction compared to others. If you are looking for something that will last for many years this is the one. I also love that it is made in Canada. The ceramic heating units give off a gentle heat that warms the bones. A workout followed by a sauna is the ultimate combo to sweat it out.

I bought a 2 person sauna 2 years ago. Best investment in my healthcare.

I am so impressed with the Sauna Ray 2-person infrared sauna that I purchased 10 years ago. I appreciate the careful attention to construction with materials that are not harmful to my health, and are safe e.g. with respect to wiring, heaters, type of wood, no glue. Knowing that my sauna was made in Collingwood, Ontario and all Canadian standards of construction were followed gives me peace of mind. It has performed admirably for me, and is an important part of my health regime. I am also very satisfied with the customer support whenever I had a question e.g. how to move it to our new home. The dismantling and re-building went smoothly, following the emailed instructions.

We first heard about Sauna Ray in Toxin Toxout: Rodney Palmer builds his brand of IR saunas in Ontario, out of local, hypoallergenic Ontario Basswood. He’s crystal clear about all the materials he uses to hand-build his equipment and it’s all 100% toxin free-sans plastic, fiberglass, plywood (which can contain formaldehyde), halogen lights, or polymers and solvents of any kind.

I was first introduced to Saunaray from my sister in law, she had done her research prior to purchasing hers and highly recommended it. It was an easy process and arrived across Canada without any problems. We use it regularly and they are very helpful with any questions, very happy with our sauna.
Douglas, Canada
All of the people at the plant that I spoke with were very patient, helpful and professional. Delivery folks were in cell phone communication so that everything was ready for the drop off. My son and I assembled the sauna in just a few minutes with little ambiguity in the included assembly instructions. All in all a very positive experience and we would recommend Saunaray to others.
Ken, Canada
Our experience began when we contacted Saunaray looking to purchase a sauna. They were very helpful with information about their saunas. The decision was clear that we would be happy with their 2 person sauna. They told us that they would build it and ship it to our doorstep in approximately six weeks. It arrived by truck and was extremely well crated. It arrived without any damage and was very easy to install. We love the low emissions of the beautiful bass wood and the fact that we only have to run it at the low temperature of 40 degrees cel. to get a good sweat going. Love the attention to detail in the construction of our sauna!
Truly a great experience and purchase from Sauna Ray!!! Their service and craftsmanship of the sauna is exceptional. They answered all my questions promptly and with great detail. Delivery of the sauna was outstanding. The sauna goes together easily and with minimal tools. This is definitely a sauna and company I cannot recommend enough. Truly a purchase you will not regret!!!

I had long telephone conversations with two representatives of the company before purchasing the sauna. I was able to question them on the differences (technology etc) between their product and the other products on the market and get clear answers. I was also able to try their product at a clinic near my house and talk to the clinic owner about why she had chosen Sauna Ray. The fact that it was manufactured in Canada was a nice add on but the product had to win my confidence first. We have been using it for a few months and are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend, highly recommend this product.
Justin, Canada
We are so pleased with the sauna that we purchased from Sauna Ray in Collingwood Ontario. It was very important to us to support a Canadian company with mainly Canadian product and we wanted something that would last. From the minute we met with the owner in Collingwood to review the product we knew it was a great product, and glad it was built right on site in Canada. Eric brought the sauna out and did the assembly and it’s been working fantastic. Excellent communication with the company including Jan the administrator. The installer Eric was absolutely exceptional on site for the assembly and explaining the product as well. We highly recommend this sauna! There are cheaper models out there, but you get what you pay for. We prefer to spend a little more money to get a great product with great customer service as opposed to an inferior product with no customer service.
Pieter, Canada
We’re 100% satisfied with the sauna. First of all, this is a VERY friendly and reliabe company to work with. The sales team was very helpful with giving information and advise, and went the extra mile to get the sauna installed right before Christmas. The installation itself was a flawless experience: very nice and professional installer, who was careful with the interior and made sure everything got set up to our satisfaction. The sauna itself is well-built and looks great in the space and we have been using it regularly since installation. Since we’re used to a wood stoked steam/sauna at our cottage, we had to get used to the infrared heat, which feels very different, but once we got settled into our routine we love the experience and effect on our bodies and mind. Highly recommended!
Terry, Canada
Saunaray was helpful from Day 1 in recommending the size of sauna to fulfilling their commitments in schedule, delivery, set-up and quality. Two months after delivery I am using the sauna regularly and loving it! The quality is excellent!
Lorie, Canada
The communication team from SaunaRay were always very helpful with every question I asked . Plus the sauna is top notch design ! We LOVE our new sauna. The 2 seater has lots of room for 2 ! Thank you Saunaray!!
Tamara, Canada
SaunaRay is not only a company that provides saunas made from only non toxic materials, my naturopath suggested I only buy from SaunaRay, but they are a local, very personable and kind company. I instantly felt well taken care of and that our purchased mattered even post purchase! Thank you SaunaRay!

I have been delighted with my Saunaray sauna! When ever I have had a question, help has been a phone call away. The product and personel are wonderful! Thank you!
