I have now owned this two person sauna for a couple months and use it regularly.  It is a pleasure to use indoors rather than having to go outside for a hot tub. Although a pricier option than more out there, this is definitely one of the best our there. And made in Canada! Delivered faster than quoted (~3-4weeks) Jan and the team at SaunaRay kept me up to date throughout the process. The assembly instructions however are not very clear, and I had to call in to Steve to get support on putting it together. Once I had some clear instructions, the assembly went well (had to undo the header board I put on backwards). Very satisfied with the end product!
